Curating Your Digital Footprint

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This presentation is geared for educators, those new to social media, or young people just on the cusp of their careers. "Digital Skills for Your Career: Planning, Impact, and Smart Practices" If you have to pause and think about it, you probably shouldn’t be posting it. This workshop will offer hands on workshopping about how to curate a professional digital footprint. We will speak to smart practices and what to avoid. Is your content up to date? Relevant? What gaps do you have and what areas are you rocking your digital footprint? We will also provide information for delegates to takeaway, as we assume that some will be educators or looking for work themselves. We will speak to the importance of reading the Terms of Service and thinking about how you want to be in charge of your digital identity. The presenters are representing Gen X and the Millennials.
